FAQ's

Q. Why is your fulfilment time 2-4 weeks? 

A. Products are personalised & completed following an order being placed. We do not have the capacity to stock each product, in every size & colour due to the significant number of variations we offer & custom orders. As a small independent business our fulfilment times depend on our current order volume, this may mean orders are completed in a week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks. Delivery is quoted at the greatest expected delivery date however orders will always be dispatched as they are completed. 

Q. I'm not sure what size dopamine box I need? 

A. You can easily measure using a box of a similar height (this is the main measurement to consider) and ensure that your dogs chest doesn't interfere with the box or prevent them from reaching into the box. If the box is too tall you will likely see your dog putting their front paws into the box. There is a guide on our Instagram account or you can contact us for guidance. 

Q. I'm not sure what size positions box I need for my dog? 

A. We have a step by step guide on our Instagram page pinned to the top which you can easily follow so you know which size will be best. If none of our standard sizes are a good fit please contact us for a custom order which will be made to your specific measurements. 

Q. How do I order a custom sized item? 

A. You can contact us on Instagram or via the contact us form to discuss a custom order. All orders will be quoted and invoiced directly and not via our website. Please see T&C's for your rights regarding custom orders. 

Q. I want something you don't advertise, can you make it for me? 

A. Contact us via Instagram or the contact me form, we will always consider other products/items we don't currently stock or haven't produced. These will be quoted & completed in line with our custom orders process. 

Q. Can I collect my order? 

A. Yes. We are based in Bradwell, Norfolk. Please contact us via Instagram or the contact me form to arrange a collection order. 

Q. Do you offer wholesale? 

A. At present we don't offer wholesale. For bulk orders please contact us to discuss pricing and delivery options rather than placing an order through our website as delivery will be calculated in a bulk parcel and not individually.
